For orders below ₹299, a minimal shipping charge may apply, which will be clearly mentioned during checkout.
2. COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders
We understand that many customers prefer Cash on Delivery (COD), and we’re happy to offer this option with some verification steps to ensure safe delivery.
- COD orders are verified for authenticity before dispatch.
- If we have any doubts about the address or contact number, our team will call you for confirmation.
- Only verified phone numbers and verified delivery addresses will be shipped.
- Unverified or unreachable COD orders may be cancelled automatically.
3. Order Processing Time
We take pride in our fast dispatch system:
- Order Processing Time: Within 1 business day after successful verification.
- Dispatch: 90% of our orders are shipped within 24 hours, and all verified orders are dispatched within 48 hours.
- Please note: We do not process or ship orders on Sundays or public holidays.
